Event Details

Powhatan Lions Club is offering walk-in eye screenings @ Powhatan County Public Library! Lions Club members who are certified screeners can help determine whether a visit to an eye specialist is the next step. Their screening equipment can detect a number of vision issues, including myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. The screening is free and adapted for children.

Accompanying Adults

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

Accompanying Caretakers

This program can accommodate adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and their caretakers. Drop offs will not be permitted. Caretakers are required to stay with attendees.

Children Welcome (All Ages Program)

Children are welcome to attend this program, but those under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult caretaker.
